Staff are in office M-F 8AM-5PM and are available by phone and email during those times.
For after hours maintenance emergencies, please contact Berns directly at 206-402-8302.
For non-emergency maintenance requests, you can either email support@facinghomelessness.org (anytime) OR call Berns or Aaron during regular business hours (8am-5pm).
Over the Holidays: Should you experience a maintenance emergency during holiday office closures, please call our Holiday Maintenance Emergency Line at (206) 395-3337 OR email us at support@facinghomelessness.org
For non-emergent maintenance requests, someone from our maintenance team will reach out to you the following week to make a plan for addressing your concerns.
Any emergency maintenance requests will be responded to right away.
