Public Course Payments

All payments must be paid in full prior to the start time of the course.

Accepted Payments: e-transfer*, cash, cheque**

* e-transfers can be sent to mattsmith@faastpei.com

**cheques can be made payable to "First Aid & Aquatic Safety Training- Matt Smith"

Private/Group Course Payments

All payments must be received in full as per the terms indicated on the invoice. Any late payments will be subject to a late fee

Refund Policy

Any disenrollment, or private/group course cancellation within 2 business days is subject to an administration fee. To disenroll or cancel please contact us at info@faastpei.com

Inclement Weather

If your course is cancelled due to inclement weather you will be contacted via the email provided on your registration form no later than 07:00 on the day of your course. You will also be provided with the next available course in your area to transfer your registration to, or you will be offered a full refund.
