WORKING GROUPS
Workforce PAT meetings and agendas
The Program Inventory team will analyze and summarize the current state of Extension workforce development programming. This effort would include some reporting on, or visualization of, regional programming. Analysis would also identify potential gaps (or opportunities).
The Oversight team would include, or activate, a representative group of Extension leaders nationwide. The purpose of the group will be to review, advise and advance agreed-upon initiatives from the WFD PAT.
The Credentials team will define conditions necessary to scale and expand high-impact Extension programs nationally, particularly through “portable” and stackable credentials.
The National Engagement Team will seek to galvanize system-wide collaboration around ECOP WFD PAT initiatives and priorities.
