ExpandLA’s Youth Hubs reimagine how expanded learning and wraparound services are delivered across Los Angeles County.
Shaped through direct engagement with youth and families, the hubs reflect a shared vision: safe, accessible, community-based spaces offering culturally responsive programs that support academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth. Each hub offers integrated access to a coordinated network of supports. By leveraging existing infrastructure and provider partnerships, ExpandLA delivers backbone support, integrated programming, and long-term system strengthening.
Four pilot hubs—in Antelope Valley, Southeast LA, South LA, and Altadena—aim to serve as local demonstrations of a scalable, countywide network.
