How can you go from Mad to Motivated? From Fear to Focus? Or even Jealousy to Joy? Our SEL coaching sessions offer students a unique opportunity for inspiration, perspiration, and skill-building. Using our Enrichment Coaching Curriculum, coaches will guide students in developing the social-emotional learning skills to make positive choices.

Enrichment Coach operates under a holistic philosophy, recognizing that many factors shape a child’s decisions. We work to educate and motivate the whole child to be the best versions of themselves. Through our live virtual coaching sessions, students will complete special missions in the areas of fitness, nutrition, and character-building. This activity allows students to progressively advance in fun and engaging activities centered on Social-Emotional Learning while earning wristbands to showcase their skill sets. Students of all ages are excited to be in the spotlight and acknowledged by the site staff as they work to collect all 10 SEL achievement bands.

In this program, students are encouraged to look into the future beyond what they have experienced and seen. There are a series of questions that prompt students to imagine themselves in various professions & scenarios. This program also challenges students to create visuals to match their answers. Our graphics team will then enhance each student’s work with a professional illustration and themed vision board.

It's Party Time is about creating the "Ultimate Group Birthday Experience" at your school during program. We strive to create a fun and safe party environment for students and their families to celebrate their birthday with classmates who share the same birth-month together at school. Our focus is to build connection between students and their school as identified within one of the eight LCAP priority areas; School Climate.

This program has shown to assist in bridging the gap between student differences which helps them strive to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. This also enhances the realities of a diverse student body relationship within an inclusive environment while celebrating each participating student.

Our assembly series are engaging, interactive and meaningful sessions that help support as well as drive your program's, school's or district's message. Our mission and vision is to engage students, connect with educators, and support our educational partners through our high energy SEL assembly series.

We offer a variety of assembly topics which are structured to meet each SEL competency as suggested by CASEL. Select the competency of choice, then select a series that would best support your student body and we will bring the energy, the messaging, and the incentives.

This amazing program gives students the opportunity in becoming the main characters in a video series or comic strip. Any student can be a positive role model, but sometimes negative emotions can lead us to make poor choices.

The R.E.C.E.S.S. (Reaching Every Child Encouraging Student Success) Coach is provided during the regular day or after school hours for elementary and middle schools as additional behavioral support for identified Tier 2 & 3 targeted students. Coaches are placed during recess periods to support school culture and build relationships with all students.

Coaches work with dysregulated students utilizing the PBIS framework with restorative practices including: mindfulness, breathing exercises, active listening, and physical movement to deescalate student behavior and allow them to reengage successfully back into the classroom.

This program focus is in support of embracing the curiosity and self-discovery students often have in how things work and why we need them, while building and promoting student self-advocacy. Student-centered supports are designed to meet the needs of individual students with culturally responsive lessons and activities.

Students are immersed in lessons on fitness, nutrition, and character with a connection to positive reinforcement through weekly wins and introduction to STEAM fields through activities.
