Who are you really looking to attract to your group? Make sure they are the type of agent you would actually want!

Make sure to set aside some time with your recruits and walk through how to get started in agent attraction. 

This is not about us and how good of recruiters we are, it's about duplication and helping others grow. 

Your people will do what you do. If you follow the system, go to events, trainings, and set up three ways calls so will they. If you don’t neither will they.
