The mission of Philanthroperty is "for-cause" private property transformation. To us your property is a project, not a potential acquisition. Do you need to generate income from a property in order to fully renovate? Is there an opportunity to purchase a perfect brick and mortar space for your pending nonprofit agency, school, or church, but you don't yet have nonprofit status? Are you trying to protect your family's estate from Medicaid subrogation or condemnation? Selling the property is not your only option. 

We can manage your property for a set time period or for a definitive purpose of reaching an initiative goal. For example, we can manage remote green energy renovations, address and complete regulatory upgrades, help transition the property for HUD, or secure opportunity grants for transitional housing services or for legacy entrustment--while we market and manage occupancy or use of the property. 

The Philanthroperty Team is comprised of DBEs, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Owners, Federal Contractors, and nonprofit vendors. We are prepared to help you convert to solar, comply with IRS Home Office guidelines while renting your She-Shed on AirBnB, or to open your own Domestic Violence Safe House with a bonus Animal Rescue and community garden. Afterwards, the philanthroperty team will present you with a source of sustainable pride for your family and your community.
