LOTIBLE is a division of Strata Masked Media's Philanthroperty Brand. The mission of philanthroperty is to transform private property into self-sustaining, responsible legacies via earth-friendly and social-advancement management initiatives. At LOTIBLE, the focus is repurposing vacant, open lots without permanent structures. Abandoned playgrounds, parking lots, residential lots that were never developed, former recreational fields--these are prime candidates for an LOTIBLE Repurposing.
LOTIBLE'S MEDIA
This video describes the 5 step LOTIBLE process. Watch as we reimagine a new future for an overgrown parking lot. We EVALUATE the site for an emergency, transitional residence RV park. We ask: "Is this lot safe enough for us?". We ask this because we will temporarily reside and/or occupy this lot! Next, we haul in the campers, RVs, and trailers and get to work. Once we know how the space needs to work on a daily basis, we RENOVATE and take grass-roots surveys, and test new zoning, use, and ownership solutions. Then, with help from the source community, we REPURPOSE the lot into its new identity. Within 6-18 months, every LOTIBLE should be CONVEYED as a tax-free, self-sustaining, and beneficial community asset. From there it can be sold at original tax value--or more--with the help of its "glow up" digital asset portfolio.
