Which meet should your swimmer attend, NCSA or SwimStrong Championships?

For the Swimstrong Dylands championships we will be using the Senior Sectional Cuts while the NCSA meet has it's own cuts. Our goal for each meet is a little different. The NCSA meet is a lot bigger so earning second swims are a bit tougher. Therefore, only swimmers who have achieved a time that would have earned a second swim at the 2025 NCSA meet (results here) should plan on attending this year. All others should plan on attending the SwimStrong Championships but ultimately this decision should be made in conjunction with your own coach.
