Following the High School Regional meet, the next step is the

 TISCA 2025 State Championships 

States in on February 7-8th at the Allan Jones Aquatics Center in Knoxville, TN.  To qualify, your swimmer must have achieved at least one High School State time . You will receive information about this meet, and do your entries through, your high school coach.  Do not reach out to your swimmer's Excel coach about this meet.
