While trying to Clear John B's name from the police they are still trying to get the $400 Million in gold along with the legendary cross of santo domingo which apperently they have lost both of them to the Camerons (kooks)  The pouges go back to the outer banks and try to prove that ward framed John B for sheriff peterkins murder but that goes to fail and they discover that Rafe was the real murderer and Ward fakes his death in a boat explosion. When Rafe gets the cross of santo domingo, the pouges sneak onto a ship to get it back but their mission fails and they are forced to escape the boat and they land on an island they named "pougelandia".

After being stranded on pougelandia they get rescued by a fake pilot who is working for Caribbean Don Carlos Singh leading them to crash in Barbados. The pouges and Big John take the adventure to south Africa and continue the hunt for the gold  

After finding El Dorado they return back to the Outer Banks and try to go back to the "Normal" life but they still are facing many obsticles after loosing all their money they find a job from Wes Genrette leading to a race for the "Blue Crown".  JJ discovers that his biological father is Chandler Groff who plays the role of a villain in this show and he is enraged. 

After JJ sacrifices the Blue Crown that took them forever to get for Kiara,  Chandler Groff (JJ's biological father) Murders JJ right infront of Kiara in Morocco while trying to find the blue crown.
