Doug Judy, also known as The Pontiac Bandit is a car thief that Detective Jake Peralta arrests and quickly makes friends with as they have many similarities despite him being a criminal. Doug Judy appears at least once every seasons with tricks and surprises for his "best friend" Jake and everytime he manipulates him so when Jake finally goes to arrest him, he disappears. This character is very funny and despite not being a main character is loved by many fans.

The Vulture is the teams worst enemy who often taunts the 99th district annoying them by runing their plans and trying to get them all fired. Despite this he is a very funny character and an extremely good officer.

Character: Bill Hummertrout

Bill Hummertrout, most known as Fake Charles is used by the team as a pawn in their games and scavenger hunts. Fake Charles is called that because he looks so much like the other teams member Charles and that is how he got the name. Throughout this show he only appears during plot twists and is comediac often trying to convince the other team members to join in on his pyramid schemes and scams.
