*The participation fee for all cast, crew & orchestra is $100. Once rehearsals have started, the fee is non-refundable.

Munchkin Rehearsal Schedule

All subject to change - All information below is all general 

• Sunday, May 4 - 1:30pm-2:30pm - Full Company Meeting (including parents)
  This is when students will get their show shirts and meet with the production staff to talk about the summer.

• Tuesday, May 20 - 5:30 - 8:30pm - Sing Through of the entire show. This is the final Vocal Rehearsal and will include all students (including Munchkins).

• Monday, June 2 - 5pm-9pm
  First Rehearsal at AIS -Diamond (Door 6)
  All students (Cast, Orchestra & Crew) will meet for a FULL company meeting (students and staff only).

• Monday, June 30 - July 8 - 5pm-10:30pm (ONEP) -
  This is when we will start moving set pieces.

• Friday, July 4 NO REHEARSAL 🎆

• Saturday, July 5 - 4pm - 9pm
  Costume Parade & Rehearsal

• Sunday, July 6 - 1pm-11pm (ONEP) -
  This is the day we figure out all the technical details of the show.

• Monday, July 7 - Tuesday, July 8 (ONEP) - These are dress rehearsals. 

• Wednesday, July 9 (ONEP) -
  This is Friends & Family night. Each student will get 4 tickets for this FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL.

• Thursday, July 10 (ONEP) - Saturday, July 20 - 7pm PERFORMANCE

• Friday, July 11 (ONEP) - 7pm Performance

• Saturday, July 12 (ONEP) - 2 Performances
  2pm Performance
  7pm Performance

• Sunday, July 13 (ONEP) -2pm Performance

• Sunday, July 13 (ONEP) - 5:30 - We strike the set

• Monday, July 14 (Various) - 8am-2pm
  Move everything out of ONEP and back to AIS - Diamond and various other locations.
