As president of Quisitive’s PayiQ, she transformed the cloud-enabled merchant payments platform into such a star player that Fulcrum IT Partners couldn’t resist snapping it up.
At Harland Clarke Corp. (now Vericast), Jana played acquisition matchmaker, bringing QuickPivot into the fold and propelling the company into new frontiers. And let’s not forget her time at Ecova (now ENGIE Impact), where she fine-tuned the energy consultancy game and strengthened its market position by acquiring Retroficiency.
These days, Jana has found her permanent home as CEO of Pine at Evergreen, where she’s leading the charge with vision, strategy, and her signature flair for innovation. From streamlining data to closing game-changing deals, Jana’s leadership is all about impact, transformation, and making things happen.
