How long is the Summit?

The Summit will be Friday, January 24, 2024. Programming will begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:00 pm in the Hotel Kabuki in the Sakura Room. A social reception will be held at the Kabuki bar, from 4:00-6:00 pm. See the "Agenda" tab for further detail.

What is the dress code?

Business casual - professional jeans/sneakers are fine. Wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable in a professional setting!

What should I bring with me to the Summit?

Something for notetaking (laptop/tablets are fine) - all other materials will be provided.

Will food be provided?

Yes! Light breakfast foods will be available upon arrival. We'll break from 11:30 am-12:30 pm for lunch. The social reception will have appetizers and beverages of choice. We have noted all dietary restrictions / allergies, and will accommodate accordingly.

Can I book a room at Hotel Kabuki?

Will there be parking?

Hotel Kabuki offers guests limited self-parking on a first come, first served basis in the small lot directly in front of the hotel. Additional parking is available in the Japan Center Garage under the hotel.
