Proudest Moment: When I was 15, I developed statistical models to optimize the delivery of life-saving aid during natural disasters. Working with local governments and policymakers to implement my work made me realize that I had the power to genuinely transform lives. I've been chasing that level of impact ever since.
Motto for life: I live by Mary Oliver’s words: “Let me keep my distance, always, from those who think they have the answers. Let me keep company always with those who say “Look!” and laugh in astonishment, and bow their heads."
Fun Fact / Favorite Hobby: I love to hike, adventure, and be outdoors in general. Fun fact: in my hometown, we like to go “quarry hopping”, where we swim in flooded quarries.
