OUTDOOR AREAS

Evergreen learning doesn't end at our classroom walls. Covering four and a half acres, Evergreen has so much space outdoors that classes often move outside to soak in the sun and breathe fresh air. From courtyards to multiple play fields to Evergreen's own wetlands, our students have many options for getting outdoors.
PLEASE NOTE: 360° photos were taken in spring 2020 when school was closed for remote learning. Spaces were not being used in the same ways as during a typical school year. Please excuse construction equipment and vehicles or other types of mess. Thank you!

1) the athletic field, which is not just for PE. During recess, students have lots of room to play and run.2) playground structure #1, which is a favorite for climbing, twirling and sliding. 3) the Wetlands Play Area where the path to the Evergreen Wetlands begins and where students love doing pull-ups and flips.4) not pictured: the Preschool/Pre-K playground, which is appropriately sized, developmentally on par, and reserved for our youngest students.5) not pictured: playground structure #2 was removed due to COVID to make room for inclement weather PE tents. When classes return to normal, a brand new play structure will be installed.
