Watch: A Video Introduction to the EPS Strategic Plan

In the spring we introduced Evergreen Public School’s New Strategic Plan. I am sharing with you this video that outlines how the Strategic Plan will guide our work from the classroom to the boardroom. I want to thank our staff for leaning into the implementation of the plan as we work to support our students to achieve the goal of “Belonging for each, Success for all.”

Thank you to all the members of the Evergreen Public Schools community who provided their time and valuable input to help create our new strategic plan.
During this two year process, we had thousands of students, family members, staff and community members attend listening sessions, complete surveys, ask questions, and attend in-person and virtual meetings. I am so appreciative to everyone for their energy, commitment and honesty.
Together, we have created an equity-based strategic plan that will guide our work from the classroom to the boardroom. Of course, our work is just beginning. I am looking forward to putting the plan into action and working together to empower all of our students.

Community Engagement
The EPS Strategic Plan has been developed over a two year process that engaged EPS staff, students, and community members. Participants were invited to provide input regarding our district's commitment to students and our community, as well as an action plan in which to implement the vision.
