🚍Activities Bus: If your student will ride the activities bus home from practice, please sign up at the ASB Office ASAP or call (360) 604 - 3815.
The activities bus runs Mondays-Thursdays, except for early release Wednesdays (school calendar). Activity buses depart from Shahala around 5:30 PM. Your child can get a ride home on an activity bus (but NOT on Fridays or early release). Please try to pick up your player by 5:30 PM each day. Coaches have families they would like to get home to also!
Soccer Equipment
Soccer in the winter is chilly! We will get rained on. Try to send your child to practice every day with active clothing that can be layered, if needed. Molded cleats are recommended for this season, as we will be playing and practicing on both turf and grass. Please provide shin guards to your player. These are inexpensive and will be needed for practice and games. We will distribute Eagles Soccer jackets the first week of practice! In the locker room, girls can reserve a large locker for the season. It is recommended that athletes utilize these lockers during the season. Locks are available for $6 at the ASB window.

Practice Schedule
Practices are after school from 4:15 - 5:30 PM at Union High School. Students will change into their soccer gear in the Shahala locker room first. Parents and guardians can pick up their student at the Union soccer fields.
There are several early release days this season. These practices are optional for students, and they start at 4:15 PM. There are no activity buses available on early release day practices. Students will need to get a ride back to Union to start practice at 4:15 PM on early release days, as well as a ride home.
