Login to Skyward Family Access and click the “Open Family Access” button
1. Select Online Forms module
2. Click “Fill Out Form” beside Summer Camp Registration (the name will vary depending on your child’s grade level)
3. Select Step 1
4. Click the “View Full Screen” button
5. Enter Camp Enrollment information
6. Verify Student Information, Guardian Information and Emergency Contacts Information
7. Click “Complete Step 1 Only” button located at the top of the form
8. Select Step 2
9. Click “Submit Summer Camp Registration”
Summer Camp Registration for your child has been completed. You will receive an email confirmation confirming that your registration has been received.
