It is managed by a Steering Committee composed of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Past Chair, and Member Representatives, elected or confirmed at the Annual General Meeting.
The Steering Committee plans and coordinates member activities and services, establishes ad-hoc working groups to support ICCI initiatives, and solicits feedback from ICCI members regularly to ensure that member needs are met.

Gail Barrington authored Consulting Start-up and Management (SAGE, 2012), Evaluation Time (with B. Triana-Tremain, SAGE, 2022), and “The Independent Consultant: An Insider’s Guide to a Consulting Career,” in The Evaluation Handbook: An Evaluator’s Companion (Bickman & Rog, eds., Guilford, 2025). Vanessa Anastasopoulos, PhD, CE

Vanessa Anastasopoulos is a bilingual, Montreal-based consultant with 25+ years of evaluation experience. Through her collaborative and equity-driven approach, she has conducted 125+ evaluation and performance measurement projects in sectors like S&T, health, and education. In 2018, she founded VANASTAS, an evaluation firm that provides government, non-profit, and academia clients across Canada with evidence-based insights tailored to their needs.
Olakunle Ajibola Oladipo
Vice Chair
Olakunle Oladipo has been working in the field of evaluation for over 15 years. He has gained experience working across a variety of local, national, and international projects in fields. He has worked with a range of organizations, including the World Bank, the United Nations Development Project, United Nations Operations and Project Services (UNOPS), the United Nations International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth, and the African Development Bank (AfDB). He is a Principal Partner of the consulting firm, Always Ahead Consulting
Clare Levin, MA, CE
Member Representative
Clare Levin is a Partner at Research Power Inc., an evaluation and research firm in Halifax, NS. Clare has 15 years of experience in designing and leading evaluations that drive policy and program improvements across health, education, justice, and other public sectors. Clare is a CES Credentialed Evaluator and holds a BA in Economics and History and an MA in International Affairs with a focus on health.

Roman Katsnelson is the founder of KRD Consulting Group, a Calgary-based firm specializing in evaluation, strategy, and organizational development for non-profits, funders, and public institutions. With over 25 years of experience, Roman leads evaluations that centre engagement and collective learning, helping organizations and communities transform insight into meaningful action. He is a Credentialed Evaluator and holds a background in philosophy and social impact leadership.
