Capstone Project

This project was intended to be an exploration of adult learning in education, teacher collaboration, and using student voice for direction, in educational design. In an effort to strengthen intervention practices in classrooms I created a protocol for teachers to engage in, that utilized these elements. The research paper outlines both the evolution of my process and the results that came from the effort.
