Naviance for EMS
Naviance is an American college and career readiness software provider that partners with high schools and other K–12 institutions to provide students with college planning and career assessment tools.
Students in grades 6-8 will use Naviance to explore personality inventories and strengths assessments; investigate different careers and begin to search post-secondary options.

My Next Move is an interactive tool for job seekers and students to learn more about their career options. The site has tasks, skills, salary information, and more for over 900 different careers. Users can find careers through keyword search; by browsing industries that employ different types of workers; or through the O*NET Interest Profiler, a tool that offers personalized career suggestions based on a person's interests and level of work experience.

Each year, we gather an exciting lineup of professionals who will share their experience, detail their career journey, and give advice about the world of work.
