Terms & Conditions may change. 

Office Hours are M-F 12P-5P. 

Choosing a Mum or Lei Maker is choosing an Artist. The customer must review ETX Mums unique artistry style and products before ordering with us. ETX Mums will maintain it's unique style on all products. 

ETX Mums is the subject matter expert and artist. The customer must trust ETX Mums and review ETX Mums products and unique artistry style prior to ordering. 

Progress updates and requests will not be responded to. Progress pictures will not be sent. 

The customer must provide positive communication to ETX Mums in order to ensure a smooth process. Process interruptions and intimidation will not not tolerated. 

Prices are based on Time and Materials. ETX Mums extends it's material discount to our customers. Some things that drive time/materials/price are: Length, Amount & Complexity of Braids, and Level of Bling & Trimmings.  

A price quote and response will be provided via your preferred method of contact, except after hours, or on weekends, where ETX Mums may send an email. 

The customer must submit an order form any response. After form is submitted there will be at least 2 business days for any response. 

Any Mum or Garter order placed after August 15th is considered rush. Plan Early, at least 90 days in advance. Early Mum Specials start in April.  

Any Lei order placed after January 1 is considered rush. Plan Early, at least 90 days in advance. Early Lei Specials start in Nov. 

Please do not send pictures of other artist(s) work to ETX Mums. Please know ETX Mums is respectful of other artist(s) and will Not copy, or replicate any artist(s) work.

Any customer inspirational only pictures sent to ETX Mums, the customer agrees to allow ETX Mums to have and use these pictures. 

Do not send ETX Mums copyrighted images to ETX Mums. ETX Mums will not use any copyrighted images. 

All purchases require a non refundable booking fee deposit upfront, before reserving time on ETX Mums calendar. The booking fee deposit is 25% of the total cost and must be sent to ETX Mums immediately after quote is accepted. If the customer has not paid a booking fee deposit, then there is NOT any reservation made. The customer must pay booking their booking fee deposit first!   ETX Mums - Ways to Pay

Changes can not be made after the reservation is booked.

Payment in full must be made Before pickup or shipping. 

Shipping is not included in the quote. The customer must reserve 25% cost of Mum or Lei for shipping. 

No Refunds. 

To Pick up your Mum, we will Meet up at a public location only. Or you can pick up at a local store front that ETX Mums is a vendor in. All Meet Ups start the Wednesday before Homecoming. If you need an earlier date, you must advise on order form when placing initial order. 

Customer must advise on the Order Form how the ETX Mums Artist can make the best art for you. 

The ETX Mums artist will do their best to match the Color Palette Selection but are not required to. 

All Mums will have Silver or Gold Trim and Accents, this could include ribbon, bling and trinkets. 

The ETX Mums Artist will make all final artistic decisions.

In case of a problem, reach out to ETX Mums only. 

Do not send pictures of ETX Mums Designs, or actual Work created by ETX Mums, to other artist(s) or Mum/Lei Makers for complaint or resolution. 

Free Mums, Give aways, or any item given free, is a gift, and not required to be accepted or given. These are given As Is. No refunds. No repairs. No complaints.

ETX Mums is not responsible, or liable, for any lost, stolen, deterioration, or damage to any Mums, Leis or any product of ETX Mums. Once the product is shipped, or picked up, it is now the customers responsibility. 

Please be aware, the Mums and Leis contain Staples, Glue and other Adhesives. The Boas are made with real feathers. ETX Mums is not responsible, or liable, for any allergic reactions, or injury caused by any piece of a Mum, Lei, or any purchase with ETX Mums. 

By chat, consultation, texting, conversing, accepting a gift, or by placing an order with ETX Mums, you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions.
