What are your hours?  M-F 12P - 5P. 

What schools do your serve? Anywhere. All colors and mum sizes available. Shipping Available if there is enough time before Homecoming Date.  Schedule Early. 

Can you do something different? ETX Mums uses various artistry techniques such as quilling, braiding, floral design, mixed media, fabrication, beading, painting and and theme interpretation, to create one of a kind spectacular pieces. 

Do you offer Theme Mums? Yes we specialize in theme Mums. Please check our order form for a list of themes available, or offer us a Theme Challenge!

What is your price range? Prices are based on time and materials. Some things that drive price are: size, length, braids and bling level. 

What happens after I submit an order request? An artist will contact you with a quote. Please allow at least 2 business days for contact. After agreed price is accepted and deposit is paid, your reservation time is booked on our work calendar. If anything changes we will contact you immediately. 

Do you offer consultation? Yes, please request consultation on order form. 

Do you accept payment plans? Yes, approval required. 

Do you require a deposit? Yes. If your deposit is not paid, you do not have a reservation with us. 

Do you give refunds? No. 

Is shipping Included? No, shipping is extra and will be added at time of mail out, or when shipping price/rate is determined. 

When is Pick Up? Pick up is the week of Homecoming, and not before. 

Do you send progress pictures or updates? No. Please review ETX Mums artistry style and products before ordering. 

Do you accept pictures? Please review ETX Mums artistry style and products before ordering. Please do not send pictures of other artist(s) work. Please know ETX Mums is respectful of other artist(s) and will Not copy, or replicate any artist(s) work. Any customer inspirational only pictures sent to ETX Mums, the customer agrees to allow ETX Mums to have and use these pictures. 

How do I take care of my Mum or Lei?  ETX Mums - Mum Care 

ETX Mums is not responsible, or liable, for any lost, stolen, deterioration, or damage to any Mums, Leis or any purchase with ETX Mums. Once the purchase is shipped, or picked up, it is now the customers responsibility.  

Please be aware, the Mums and Leis contain Staples, Glue and other Adhesives. The Boas are made with real feathers. ETX Mums is not responsible, or liable, for any allergic reactions, or injury caused by any piece of a Mum, Lei, or any purchase with ETX Mums.
