Harold Vardy

Harold Vardy moved to the Seminole community in 1982 where he opened his CPA practice in 1988.

Harold joined the Seminole Chamber of commerce around 1985 and immediately became active in the community. Some of Harold’s contributions to the community over the years involved:

• Chaired the annual Golf Tournament moving it from the Tides Golf Course to Lake Seminole CC and increased net revenue to $10K.

• Moved through the chairs of the Chamber board becoming Treasurer for life until he then moved up to the post of President.

• Provided pro-bono accounting and tax services to the Chamber for many years.

• Became a member of the Seminole Tuesday Club.

• Prior to moving to Seminole Harold was the Past President of the West St Petersburg Sertoma Club, the St Petersburg Young Republican Club and a past member of the St Petersburg Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Harold has been active in local politics being campaign treasurer of the county Republican Party campaign fund and for Sherriff Everett Rice.
