Tutorial: Hands-On with Neo4j: Building Generative AI Solutions

This hands-on lab introduces data scientists and engineers to Neo4j's Generative AI capabilities. Participants will use Neo4j and OpenAI to explore regulatory filings data, and learn how to use generative AI to parse and load datasets. Attendees will build a knowledge graph and develop a chatbot utilizing LangChain and vector search for semantic queries. The workshop will analyze asset managers' holdings, highlighting the relationships using Neo4j’s tools. Participants will gain practical knowledge applicable to capital markets or broader ML workflows, leveraging Neo4j's generative AI capabilities for feature engineering and data exploration.

Biography:

Alison is a Graph Data Science Enthusiast and Founder. With a master’s studies in data science and a specialization in artificial intelligence, Alison has over a decade of experience in applying machine learning to solve complex business problems and generate insights in various domains, such as healthcare, retail, education, and finance.

She is also the founder of Patrun.ai, a platform that enables ethical licensing of copyrighted text to AI builders. In the industry, she shares her knowledge with data enthusiasts interested in creating responsible AI and furthering data literacy. She aims to empower organizations and individuals to make context-driven decisions based on transparent and trustworthy data.
