The Career and Technical Education Health Sciences program at ETHS aims to help students to:

• develop increased body awareness

• learn body systems and make connections between the systems

• sharpen their health literacy skills

• develop a critical understanding of the healthcare industry

• connect their lived experiences within healthcare to pursuing a career in healthcare

• have experiential learning with health providers at local healthcare facilities

• have exposure to a wide variety of healthcare careers
