"Getting married is a big enough undertaking in and of itself, having it out of state and in two separate locations is something that required us to look for a little assistance. What we found with Eliza and Eternal Events was something absolutely memorable.
With my wife being an event planner herself, a degree of control and also respect was so crucial for our special day, and Eliza handled herself with grace and humor, both of which was so helpful in the weeks and days leading up to the event where stress and nerves can really make an impact, but having Eliza there and making herself available was an absolute game changer.
We scheduled weekly touch points in the month leading up to the day, ensuring that contracts were set, communication was on point, and had a Zoom call with the entire wedding party to do a quick walkthrough. The day of the event, I truly believe every single person in our 32-attendee ceremony commented on how beautifully and smoothly everything went, which is the sign of a well-executed wedding.
But I'd like to end this review with the one thing that TRULY set Eliza apart from any other coordinator we could have gone with: Yes, from top to bottom it was beautiful. Yes, she was communicative and available. But above all, we felt safe in our choice in leaving one of the biggest days in both our lives in her extremely capable hands. So much so that she didn't exit our lives as our coordinator, she came into our lives as a friend."
