The Social Science Department helps students build a strong foundation in history, geography, government, and economics, empowering them to understand the world and become engaged citizens.

What You’ll Learn:

Grade 9/10: Study major historical events from the late 18th century to today, exploring how global cultures, conflicts, and advancements shaped the modern world.
Grade 11: Dive into U.S. History, focusing on the evolution of democracy and key moments in 20th-century American history.
Grade 12: Take semester-long courses each in Government and Economics:
- In Government, examine national, state, and local systems to understand how decisions shape communities.
- In Economics, master financial principles and practical skills that apply to everyday life.
- The order of these courses may vary.
