Join us for Transition reFresh, a fun and interactive professional development experience! This session will be hosted at ESU 3 using a Watch Party format paired with in-person collaboration. For each content section, participants will first engage with transition-focused material through the Watch Party, followed by dedicated time to collaborate, explore resources, and apply new learning as a group.

Please bring a current IEP for self-assessment, as you’ll have opportunities to reflect on and apply the knowledge gained throughout the session.
