Support for consortium negotiated services and group purchase licensing - usually 5 to 10% annual discount plus reduced implementation fees

Combined App and DB Server for 0 to 3,000 students:
Recommended specs - 12 vCPUs, 32 GB vRAM, 350 GB storage = $2000 per year
Includes daily system snapshots, cybersecurity licenses and a rotating 90-day SSL certificate.
PowerSchool Server Management (for hosted servers) - $ varies
Tech support time for setup and regular application updates, regular OS updates and system monitoring and alerting. Time is billed within a support service contracted rate plan or $100 per hour without a plan.

Group purchases for software licenses are uniquely negotiated for the ESU 10 PowerSchool support service. This may require support staff to be the primary providers of the training and/or support. Software licenses are available without being part of the ESU 10 support consortium, however training and support options are limited.

Plugin displays monthly events and to-do lists for various roles within the District. Tracks and reports the progress back to ESU 10's management console to give overall view of progress for all districts and guides planning and support discussions.
