Understanding Login Credentials by Device

It is important to know staff know which username format to use when logging into different district devices:

 Desktop (e.g., computers in classrooms or offices)

• Username format: first name.last name
  
  

• No email or domain needed — just your standard district username.
  
  

 Laptop (e.g., HP Elitebook, Surface, ThinkPad)

• Username format: first name.last name
  
  

• Same as desktop — use your basic username to log in.
  
  

Note: These devices typically require login through the Windows sign-in screen.
