Tanya is one of the best agents we have ever worked with, and she went above and beyond to find us a house in North Texas. She is terrific, and it's like having a friend on the "inside" working for you. Tanya is the best and was excellent with helping me sell my house! My case was unique because I did not want to move twice – meaning, sell my house and rent until I found a new home. I wanted to sell my existing home and move right into my new home. Risky yes, but we did just that. Tanya perfectly timed when I needed to list my house for sale, and her marketing skills were phenomenal as there were over 40 private showings and non-stop traffic during our open house. All I know is 4 days after it listed, I had 8 offers on the table and needed to decide which to accept.
There’s no doubt that without Tanya’s (1) pricing strategy, (2) recommendations to declutter our home and (3) her professional stager/photographer, our home wouldn’t have moved so quick. Moreover, with multiple offers on the table, Tanya’s ability to help us strategize, negotiate and make a practical decision was on point! With such a tight timeline to close on two homes, she laid out all the facts to help us make a quick and informed decision. Best part is, I closed on both houses within one day of each other.
Tanya was also an excellent asset in helping us buy our new construction home. As we interacted with the builder, she was my safeguard. Her motto was to always put me first throughout the buying process. In fact, with her assistance, I was able to negotiate a change to our home that was originally non-negotiable. She also helped us select a trusted inspector for our new home, which helped us to find and address items we would not have seen.
I would be remiss if I did not also speak of Tanya’s character and professionalism. She was always trustworthy, friendly and reliable. My emails/text were never ignored, and she was quick with addressing every question I had.
In sum, I highly recommend Tanya. She is truly the best at what she does!
