Assessment Criteria
Your team's project will be assessed, as will your attendance and your participation.
We remind you that attendance at the seminar is compulsory for all participants and is an integral part of your program.
In case of absence, the proof must be given within 48 hours and sent by email to etudes@essec.edu by putting in cc imagination@essec.edu.
They will not be taken into account if given to your tutor.

Each team will have to create a "responsible innovation project": a solution to your edition's theme.
On Friday morning, each group will watch the stage presentation & the prototype form of the responsible innovation project of all teams and they give a grade through the link given by its tutor.
Your 5-day team project will be assessed on Friday, January 10th by your fellow students (40%) and your tutor (60%) by groups following different criteria that you can find below. In addition, you will be graded individually like written below.
Both of those grades will lead to a final grade out of 20 points. On Friday morning, you will need to watch the presentations of your group and select "the best team". There will therefore be 5 best teams elected by each group, that will need to present on stage. You will then all vote online to elect the 3 winning teams.

During the 5 days of the seminar, you will have the opportunity to show your capacity to work in teams, to collaborate, to have brilliant ideas and be accessible to your classmates!
If you show this mature/professional/amazing character, you could have up to 4 points added to your final grade!
However, if you are not driven, if you sleep during the workshops/conferences or don't participate, your tutor will be asked to take up to 4 points from your final grade !
⚠️ To summarize, participate and you will be rewarded ! Pay no attention to this week and your final grade will suffer the consequences!
