The following absences may be excused and require the presentation of a certificate or any other relevant documentation (issued in Singapore for Hospitalization and Court Attendance) within 48 hours of the event and before the event, as far as possible to gbba.apac@essec.edu
- Hospitalization
- Court Attendance
- Death of an immediate family member - subjected to approval by the Academic Affairs team in APAC
Justification of absence via email without a certificate or relevant documents will not be considered.

Validation of workshops or seminars may have a different set of rules and requirements.

Your group allocation is fixed and you cannot change it. Do be reminded that switching of groups is strictly not allowed and will affect your attendance.

ICA regulation for student Pass : A student who fails to attend classes without any valid reason for 7 consecutive days / if their attendance is 90% and below, their Student Pass will be cancelled.
