Administrative enrollment

You will have to complete several sections and upload some documents:

SECTION "YOUR IDENTITY":

• For exchange students: upload a copy of your passport*

• For double degree students: a copy of birth certificate stating: family name, first name, date and place of birth, and first and last names of father and mother is mandatory for all the students who will obtain a degree in France. 

IMPORTANT: if the document is in another language than French or English, then you will have to get a translation from a certified translator.

• Upload a recent ID photograph that will be used for your ESSEC student card.

• Your permanent address in France: for some entities such as the French Social Security, it is imperative to provide an address in France. In case you have booked a room at Alegessec but do not know which residence or room number you have been attributed yet, just write ALEGESSEC. If you don't have an address in Paris yet, you can indicate ESSEC postal address. Important: do not forget to contact the Office of the Registrar upon your arrival in order to update your situation.

• Visa: indicate the number of your French visa obtained from the French Consulate, of your passport, and your French residence permit (if applicable). You should also indicate the expiry date of each of those documents and attach a copy. IMPORTANT: If you don’t have a visa when enrolling online, follow the website instructions and just enter 000000 and indicate the date of your appointment with the consulate. Once you get your visa, do not forget to send a copy to the Office of the Registrar.

* Students who are eligible for the APL (Housing Subsidy) will have to provide their birth certificate (translated if it is not in French or in English by a certified translator)
