The student cards will be distributed on the Orientation day.
Thus, there is no need for you to order one on your own.
Your ID card will be your:
Access Control card
Library card
Electronic purse for catering
Electronic purse for copies and printings
Food account: In order to top up your ESSEC student card, you can either:
- Use your credit card in the machine located on the ground and first floors of the cafeteria
- Pay by cash at one of the take-away counters
- Go on the internet with the Foodi web site or download the mobile application.
Printing account: Your new student card is handed out to you with 2 euros of credit for printing.

In order to buy more credits, you have to recharge your printing account (which is different from the cafeteria account):
Use your credit card on "Print Apps" on your MyEssec portal
You will find a printer in room B07 near the Learning Center’s entrance, and more are available on campus (in the Galion and the Grand Hall).

In case your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you must go to the Office of the Registrar located in M102 (Main entrance, 1st level) or contact them via their website to block the use of your card. The replacement cost is €20.
