The Academic Affairs send information directly to the students to prepare the online course enrollment:
for the Fall semester (August-December) - early July
for the Spring semester (February-June) - early January
As of July 2025, students will be asked to rank their course choices in order of priority.
During one week, you will be asked to rank your preferred courses on a specific platform, and an algorithm will then automatically assign courses to all as fairly as possible.
The team strongly recommends to connect from a computer with Chrome navigator to avoid technical issues (connecting from a smartphone is not recommended).
Students should make sure at that time that they are able to connect to the internet during to indicate their choice of course. The platform will only be accessible at the dates and time indicated by the Academic Affairs.
Modification are possible exclusively during the one week of registration as well as the Add and Drop period (corresponds to the 1st week of courses).
Important information concerning course registration
The Academic Affairs send a link to the Course offer and timetable.
Students must access it with their B00XXXXX@essec.edu email address only.
Some of the Finance courses have pre-requisites.
Students can check their level with the KIF assessment quizzes (Warning: the link will be provided to accepted students by the Academic Affairs, a password is required and only 1 attempt is possible per quizz).
Courses for which the pre-requisites apply can include:
- Financial Markets
- International Cash Management
- MA and Private Equity
- Portfolio Management
Students will also be provided with an important tool: the Course registration rules.
They should refer to this element to prepare their enrollment in courses.
