Writing a final dissertation is a key part of the ESSEC Global BBA. It is an incredible achievement to write a dissertation and we know that it sets our students apart. We celebrate this achievement by selecting some of the particularly outstanding dissertations for a series of awards. There are three different categories of prizes.
Innovation prize
Awarded to the most innovative research question and/or method.
Contribution to practice prize
Awarded to the BBA dissertation that makes the greatest contribution to practical knowledge, such as by providing actionable insights into a practical issue.
Contribution to science prize
Awarded to the BBA dissertation that makes the greatest scholarly contribution and demonstrates the highest academic rigor.
To celebrate the Global BBA dissertations and the highly relevant work that BBA students are doing, a number of ESSEC’s Chairs open to Global BBA students are sponsoring a dissertation prize. Each Chair seeks to highlight BBA dissertations that are relevant to the Chair’s specific topic or industry.
