Pr NGOM, CAMES Lecturers, Teacher-Researcher at the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique (ESP) of Cheikh Anta DIOP University (UCAD) in Dakar, Senegal, Scientific Advisor to Governments, Senior IT Expert in Systems and Network Engineering, Trainer certified on Cisco (DevOPS, SecOPS, CyberOPS, Routing&Switching) and Huawei (Datacom, Cloud, IA, Big Data, Storage, Security, WLAN) technologies, and Trainer on Microsoft Windows Server and Datacenter infrastructures (Vmware Vsphere 6.x, Huawei FusionVsphere, Huawei FusionCompute and Huawei FusionAccess).
Pr NGOM is a member of the International Network for Scientific Advice to Governments (INGSA: ingsa.org), an exchange platform bringing together political decision-makers, practitioners and scientists from more than 70 countries, to develop approaches to making available to governments of evidence for decision support and public policy advice.
Pr NGOM is a regular member of the LITA and LTI laboratories of ESP-UCAD, a regular member of the L@d laboratory of the LICEF research center of TELUQ/UQAM in Montreal (2009-2016).
For more than 17 years, I have been working as a Project Manager engineer or Senior IT consultant in Systems & Networks for High Availability corporate network and Datacenter infrastructures. Pr NGOM is Citizen Developer Jway (jway.eu) for the dematerialization of all administrative procedures and e-counters in SmartForms or Online Forms.
Pr NGOM was the coordinator of the W3C (World Wide Consortium) office in Senegal and West Africa from 2009 to 2015, member of W3C and member of ISOC (Internet Society) Senegal.
Among other things, Pr NGOM counts in his achievements:
Implementation of the High Availability network infrastructure and the Datacenter infrastructure of the Institut Pasteur de Dakar (IPD) in Senegal;
Establishment of the CISCO and Huawei academies, the ESP career center for a framework of collaboration, training and support for ESP/UCAD students. This framework makes ESP students and Alumni more independent;
Establishment of a social framework for sports practice called EsPort (Sport-Health-Performance) at ESP for the dynamics of ESP. Moreover, it is my commitment and my leadership in business, in sports and cultural associations (ASC) in Senegal that gives me a taste for team cohesion and service performance based on objectives and a common vision;
Establishment of the Cisco and Microsoft academies, and the Pearson Vue certification center at the University of Nongo Conakry (UNC) in Guinea Conakry.
More than 15 publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
