ESM Scholarships 2026-2027

Welcome to the ESM Scholarships portal.

The scholarship is now open to both internal and external applicants, provided that all eligibility criteria and requirements are met.

Internal applicants: Current ESM students in Grades 4–11

External applicants: Students applying to join:

• Junior School - PYP (Grade 5, 2026-2027)

• Lower Secondary  (Grades 6–8, 2026-2027)

• Upper Secondary - IGCSE (entry into Grade 9, 2026-2027)

• Sixth Form - DP (entry into Grade 11, 2026-2027)

Applicants from other education systems should apply to the equivalent year level.

The purpose of the scholarship programme is to recognise and support students who not only demonstrate strong academic performance, but who also reflect the values and expectations of the school through their attitude to learning, conduct, attendance, leadership, service, and personal potential.

For the Academic Year 2026–2027, ESM offers a single scholarship category: All-Round Excellence Scholarship.

This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate strong academic performance while also excelling in areas such as sports, arts, leadership, and community involvement. Candidates are expected to be versatile, well-rounded individuals who actively contribute to school life and engage positively with the wider community. Successful recipients are required to maintain high standards across multiple disciplines and serve as role models within the school.

Scholarship awards vary from 1,000,000 MNT to 20,000,000 MNT, based on the evaluation results of the applicable criteria. Recipients will be emailed individually informing them of the amount awarded.

All candidates must submit their Application Form by 15:00 on 17th April and the first round of candidates will be chosen on 24th April. The chosen candidates will then receive further instructions via email on how to proceed with the application. The final decision will be announced at 10:00 AM on 8th May 2026. Parents are advised to supervise all submissions. Please read all instructions before moving forward with the application.
