Hi, I am Mrs. Paulson and I am so excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year. This will be my first year teaching after staying at home raising my three children after ten years. I was born in California and didn't live there long due to my dad joining the army. Being an Army brat I have lived in many different states and also had the chance to live in Germany for a couple of years. I moved to Colorado when I was 15 and graduated from Fountain Ft. Carson High School. I attended college at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and graduated with a bachelors major in English and minor in Elementary Education. After graduating, I married my husband and worked with preschoolers for a year before I got pregnant with my daughter, Janessa. After I had my daughter I decided to stay home and had a son, Josiah and then another daughter, Jalissa. Now that my youngest is going to be in Kindergarten I decided it was time for me to get back in the classroom! I am looking forward to teaching your child this year- it’s going to be great!
