If you are an undergraduate student, you can apply for a mobility exchange during the first semester, second semester, or for the entire academic year.
To do so, your home institution must first nominate you through its internal selection process.
APPLICATION DEADLINES
Admission to firt semester / 15 May
Admission to second semester / 15 November
DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION
Nomination letter / Nomination letter from the sending institution, confirming that the student has been selected to participate in the Erasmus+ programme. It must include: the student's name, duration of the exchange (semester or full academic year), host institution, field of study, confirmation of selection by the home institution and contact details of the Erasmus coordinator.
Application form / Download application form template
OLA / Online Learning Agreement submitted digitally through the OLA.
Portfolio / in PDF format.
Copy of ID or passport.
PROCEDURE
Step 1 / The home institution sends the Nomination Letter.
Step 2 / The student submits the application form (PDF), portfolio (PDF) and a copy of their ID card or passport.
Step 3 / The student prepares and submits the OLA (Online Learning Agreement) through the EWP Dashboard.
Step 4 / Wait for the acceptance letter.
Within 15 days after the application deadline, the student will receive an official letter of acceptance or rejection.
Step 5 / The student must reply to the acceptance letter, confirming whether or not they will proceed with the mobility.
