• Not receiving Critical Alerts on an Apple device? It may be due to your iOS "Focus Mode". Fix this issue using the steps below:

  • Go to Settings in your iOS device and search/select "Focus"

  • Click the first Focus status, likely "Do Not Disturb"

  • Select "Apps"

  • Confirm "Allow Notifications From" has a checkbox next to it

  • Select "Add Apps"

  • Search for "Raptor Alert" and add

  • Go back and repeat the process for ALL other Focus Modes
