Head Start services in North Texas are provided through the Region 9 Education Service Center in nine school districts:

Bowie, Burkburnett, City View, Electra, Gainesville, Henrietta, Nocona, Petrolia and Wichita Falls in the counties of Clay, Cooke, Montague, and Wichita.
