The conference platform will open on May 7 for LEAD PRESENTERS only before launching for all registered participants. This provides time for you to review your Presenter Profile (and your co-presenter(s), if applicable) as well as your session information, and ensure that everything is accurate and as you want it to appear throughout the conference. We ask you to submit any changes or edits needed to your Presenter Profile on the app using this Platform Correction form no later than May 15.
To get started:
Go to the app store and download the app to your mobile device by searching: TIA Conference.
Use the email address that you registered with to sign in to the app.
The app will go live for all attendees on Monday, May 18.
When you arrive at the conference, you will go to the main Registration table area to check in.
You will open the app, click on the QR code button at the bottom of the screen, and scan it at the Registration table to have your badge printed.
You will then stop at the separate table for Presenter/Facilitator/Volunteer Check-in. We will provide your lanyard, a card with contact information, and answer any last minute questions you might have.
