After your application is accepted:
You will receive an email with your approved status addressed to the individual listed on your application.
Your contract will be sent via Adobe Sign.
Review, sign, and return your Exhibitor Terms and Conditions contract promptly.
Once your signed contract is received, an invoice is generated and mailed from our Business Office to the address listed on your application.

Payment options:
Check: mail your payment to the remittance address listed at the top-right of the invoice
ACH: Contact our business office directly at (210)370-5399 for the bank information to arrange a transfer.
All invoices must be paid within 30 days from date of invoice.

Tuesday, June 9th -
Exhibitors may start moving in at 12:00 p.m. and must be finished by 7:00 p.m.
Badges will be available after 3:00 at the Registration Booth.
Unloading Bay information will be supplied in a separate correspondence closer to the event date.
The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) facilities do not provide equipment for move-in/move-out such as tools, forklifts, dollies, etc. Each exhibitor is responsible for loading and unloading booth materials.
Materials or equipment can be ordered and/or shipped to HBGCC prior to move in. Check with the vendors below for more information:
For the packages that include presentations, please read through the requirements below:
All presentation materials must be reviewed by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Please submit them by April 30, 2026. Upload the document, in pdf form, to this Google folder.
If you have any difficulty uploading your materials to the folder, email them to: tiaconinfo@gmail.com
Once materials are reviewed and approved, minor revisions are allowed; however, whole rewrites must be resubmitted for review.

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your session to connect and check your technology.
A facilitator will be assigned to your room. They will be there to support you during your session.
