HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE - Do I need this?
We submit the following "Hold Harmless Clause" which is part of our Exhibitor/Author Display Regulations. "The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damage and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the Holiday Inn Downtown Marina, and shall indemnify and hold harmless ESC2, the conference planner, and the Holiday Inn Downtown Marina personnel from any and all such losses, damages and claims."

With this contribution, we would invite regional teachers, administrators, and pre-service educators an opportunity to attend the conference free of charge.
Each participant would receive valuable STEM resources to support Project Based Learning and generate STEM experiences developing that STEM pipeline to college and industry.
20 educators will receive special packages for their class to implement and support STEM, Computer Science, and Engineering Design Challenges.

With this contribution, we would not only be able to secure catering for lunch for the event, but we would also be able to add additional STEM resources to the participants at the conference in their participant bags leading to student learning opportunities in STEM.

Vendors will be distributed throughout the 3rd and 1st floor Conference Areas and have access all day to their space and Presentation Rooms (small and medium rooms will be designated for AM sessions at a one time use of 40 minutes. With Large rooms and Computer room designated as PM sessions of 1hr and 15 minutes in length, they will also be a one time use per session)

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Exhibitors must be paid by April 28th, 2023. Late fees of $100 dollars will be added to any vendor beyond that date.
Assignment of vendor booths are assigned at the discretion of ESC 2.
Vendors may not share booth space with other vendors or share literature, advertise or promote products or services outside of the scope of the individual organization purchasing that space unless approved by ESC 2.
Vendors may not have distracting/impeding set ups that restrict access or interrupt the conference.

Vendors may set up on Monday, July 17th in the afternoon starting at 2 pm until 730pm or they can begin set up at 7:00 am July 18th, 2023.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY - Full refunds, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be for space canceled if requested, IN WRITING, and postmarked on or before May 15, 2023.
Voluntary Exhibitor Door Prize
Vendors are asked to consider providing a door prize of no more than a $50 value for participant drawings during the event. (You may bring the item to registration or mail prior to the event. The vendor's name will be noted during the presentation of the prize.) *
