Bluebonnet Learning is an initiative by the Texas Education Agency designed to provide Texas schools with high-quality, state-developed instructional materials aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards. Its primary purpose is to support teachers by offering complete, research-based curriculum resources that help ensure students receive consistent and effective instruction across classrooms. 

Through Bluebonnet Learning, educators can access free lesson plans, teacher guides, student materials, and instructional supports for subjects such as reading and mathematics across multiple grade levels. These materials are designed to simplify lesson planning, improve instructional quality, and help schools implement curriculum that fully covers state academic standards. 

Currently, Bluebonnet Learning is available for: 

• K-3 Foundational Skills (English and Spanish)

• K-5 Reading Language Arts (English and Spanish)

• K-6 Mathematics (English and Spanish)

• 7th Grade, 8th Grade, Algebra I & II and Geometry

Overall, Bluebonnet Learning aims to strengthen teaching and learning in Texas classrooms by giving educators easy access to structured, evidence-based curriculum resources that promote student success.
